Dr. Antje Herrberg is a conflict specialist and qualified mediator with over 25 years of experience working where politics, violence, and international pressure collide. She has advised and served governments, the European Union, and the United Nations, and supported high-level mediation processes from Yemen and the Nile Basin to Eastern Europe and Africa. Her work combines field experience in places such as Niger, the DRC, Ukraine, the Caucasus, Indonesia, and Russia with senior institutional roles in the European External Action Service and international peace organisations.
Today she designs, facilitates and advises on peace and conflict and shares her insights to bring clarity, and steadiness to moments where outcomes are uncertain.
